Objects of the Issue: #
The proceeds from the Issue are proposed to be utilized by the company towards the following Objects:
- To augment the margin deposited with various stock exchanges and provide permissible funding to clients;
- General corporate purposes.
The company is offering a Rights Issue of Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each along with Detachable Warrants (“Rights Securities”) to the eligible shareholders of the Company. Hence, the rights entitlement will be as follows:
Rights Entitlement Ratio: 1 (one) Rights Equity Share along with 17 (seventeen) Detachable Warrants per Rights Equity Share, for every 50 (fifty) fully paid-up Equity Shares held by Eligible Equity Shareholders as of the Record Date.
